Your website design kickoff call will be scheduled within 2 weeks of payment, unless otherwise discussed with our team.
Timeframe:
Website design is expected to take 4-8 weeks after your kickoff call, as long as we are able to receive your feedback and approval promptly. We reserve the right to pause programs with potential restart fees for egregiously delayed timelines.
Requirements for success:
- Attendance of all kickoff, discovery, and review meetings by all key stakeholders
- Providing of any approved imagery, video, or brand guidelines in advance of website design process.
- Prompt feedback and approvals of draft pages.
