How it Works
A Bucket of Time puts your marketing team on hand when you need us, even if you don’t have a specific project in mind right now! We’ve answered some common questions below:

- Everything is billed in 15-minute increments
- Fast and Rush upgrades have 4 hours spent per day limitation
- All buckets have a validity period of 12 months, once that period passed the hours left are not lost, but you will no longer enjoy guaranteed response time.
- Bucket of Time will not cover PPC, travel, strategic consulting, 3rd party product purchases and/or software purchases of any kind. These packages are designed for hourly labor only.
- Response time is defined as Psyche Digital’s attention and resources towards a specific request, not necessarily the completion of the request. Psyche Digital will continue to allocate resources until the request is completed.
- Typical response time is within 1 business day, usually the same day.
- “Days” outlined above are standard Monday through Friday business days and exclude bank and company holidays.
