    The Challenge

BOPA’s founder, Sarah Hinkley, approached Psyche Digital after realizing their existing brand and website were holding them back. Originally called Barn Owl Ag, the company faced confusion with another similarly named business. Their logo and visuals lacked clarity, their messaging boxed them into robotics alone, and their bootstrapped website did not inspire investor confidence or resonate with farmers. As Sarah prepared for a critical fundraising round, credibility and clarity were at stake.

    Our Approach

    Discovery & Strategy

We began with a Growth Session to deeply understand BOPA’s business goals, audiences, and services. Through stakeholder interviews and strategy workshops, we uncovered the core issue: unclear messaging and a brand identity that failed to connect with either investors or farmers.

    Creative & Execution

    • Refined messaging and positioning to highlight both the breadth of BOPA’s offering and the unique story of Sarah as a female founder in robotics.
    • Developed a modern visual brand system that appealed to both sophisticated investors and practical farming audiences.
    • Redesigned the website to clearly explain BOPA’s solutions and value, and added an interactive ROI calculator to help farmers see cost savings firsthand.
    • Created consistent sales and investor collateral, including presentation templates and a pitch deck.

    Collaboration & Agility

The project unfolded in phases—first the brand and messaging, then the website—allowing for flexibility while maintaining momentum. Along the way, we also provided consulting and support for collateral needs, extending the partnership beyond the initial scope.

    The Results

    • Investor Readiness: Rebranded and investor-ready in time for fundraising efforts, contributing to selection for the AgLaunch Accelerator.
    • Market Resonance: Farmers engaged more meaningfully with a clear brand story and practical website tools like the ROI calculator.
    • Clarity Across Audiences: Messaging that appealed equally to investors and farmers, overcoming the earlier identity confusion.
    • Professional Presence: A polished, modern website and brand identity that positioned BOPA as a serious AgTech innovator.

Trusted by Visionary Founders Who Need to Tell Their Story and Attract Investors.

“Before working with Psyche, our brand and website made us look less developed than we were. Now, investors and farmers alike take us seriously. The new messaging and visuals finally tell our story in a way that matches the impact we’re making in agriculture.”

    • Founders benefit from surfacing their unique story (like Sarah’s role as a female robotics founder) as part of their brand identity.
    • An embedded, collaborative process ensures the output reflects both investor expectations and customer needs.
