Psyche Digital is a small, senior team that embeds inside climate and energy companies as your brand, website, and marketing wing. We translate complex, technical products into clear, proof-backed stories and systems that reduce perceived risk for investors, customers, partners, and hires.

Why the Mountain West
We built Psyche in the Mountain West on purpose. This region sits at the intersection of legacy energy systems, rapid climate change, and new climate and grid technologies. In a single week, we can talk to founders building novel power projects, operators keeping aging infrastructure running, and communities feeling both the risks and benefits.
That mix forces clarity. It means we're used to divided rooms: climate believers and skeptics, investors and operators, rural communities and urban planners. It's the perfect training ground for building stories and marketing that work in the real world, not just in a pitch room.

Kate Ishay
Founder & CEO
Kate has 15+ years in marketing and branding and an MS in Global Marketing Management from Boston University. She leads overall strategy at Psyche Digital and runs our Growth Sessions and Acceleration Plans with founders and leadership teams. Her focus is turning complex climate and energy businesses into clear, proof-backed brands, websites, and growth systems that hold up in investor and buyer rooms. She has a bias toward simple, commercial stories that help smaller teams compete with industry giants. She lives in the Mountain West and spends her off time on a horse or a bike.
Kelsey Parks
Founder & COO
Kelsey brings 15+ years of tech startup operations across North America and China, which means she thinks in systems, not campaigns. She leads operations, client success, and strategic partnerships at Psyche Digital, making sure the Growth System we design with founders actually runs smoothly in real companies over months and years. Her work shows up in how we embed with client teams, keep projects moving, and translate board-level goals into day-to-day execution. On weekends you might find her at a casual-paced burro race or fronting a rock band.
Faye Zink
Research & Development Manager
Faye sits at the intersection of narrative and new tools. She leads research and R&D for Psyche Digital, making sure clients benefit from the newest AI-driven workflows, platforms, and content approaches without losing a strong, human story. Her work shows up in tighter messaging, smarter content calendars, and scorecards and audits that help founders see how they're actually showing up in the market. Outside of work, she's usually camping or hiking around Southwest Colorado.
Anthony Kingsley
Lead Web Designer
Anthony designs and builds workhorse websites for companies that need their digital front door to actually drive business. He leads web design at Psyche Digital, translating brand and story into sites that are fast, SEO-friendly, and integrated with the tools founders already use: CRM, email, scheduling, lead magnets, and analytics. His goal is simple: make it easy for the right people to understand what you do and take the next step. When he's not shipping sites, he's usually cooking with his wife, playing music, or negotiating with a very opinionated cat.

Marketing & Content Manager
Claire is a Durango local who built her marketing career in the trenches: scaling an email program to 85,000+ subscribers and growing a social audience by 25,000+ at Durango Hot Springs while running a freelance portfolio across wellness, retail, and events. At Psyche Digital, she turns founder vision and complex offers into clear content systems across email, social, and long-form pieces that sound like the company, not an agency. When she's off the clock she is diving into the next book on her list or cuddling her pups.
