Our Founders’ Story
Psyche Digital was born from the lifelong partnership of childhood best friends turned business partners, Kate Ishay and Kelsey Parks. Growing up side by side in rural Colorado, they shared a passion for creativity, big ideas, and building things that make an impact. In 2021, they combined their decades of experience—Kate in global marketing and creative design, Kelsey in startup strategy and operations—to create an agency designed to serve visionary founders and organizations on the rise.

Kate Ishay
Founder / CEO
Kate Ishay has 15+ years of experience in marketing and branding with a MS in Global Marketing Management from Boston University. Her passion is helping businesses share compelling stories and utilize smart marketing strategies to compete with business giants. She is an avid western horse rider and mountain biker.
Kelsey Parks
Founder / COO
Kelsey Parks brings her 15+ years experience in tech startup operations in North America and China to create change for businesses of all sizes with marketing technology solutions and operational insights. She is a casual-paced burro racer, and weekend warrior rock band lead singer.
Faye Zink
Brand Manager
With a passion for storytelling, Faye Zink crafts content strategies that bring brands to life. Faye believes in the power of narrative to connect with audiences, driving brand identity and awareness through engaging social media, newsletters, and blog posts. Outside of work, Faye enjoys camping, hiking, and exploring the beauty of Southwest Colorado. She also loves reading and spending quality time with her friends and family.
Anthony Kingsley
Lead Web Designer
Anthony Kingsley designs workhorse websites that create SEO wins, bring to life brand identities and stories, highlight businesses’ competencies and excellence, and integrate with a variety of business systems including email/CRMs, scheduling platforms, lead magnets, and analytics. When he is not creating websites, Anthony can often be found cooking with his wife, playing music, and trying to keep his cat from ruining furniture (unsuccessfully).
